Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ARCredit (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including business owners and their team members.

2. Description of Service

ARCredit is a SaaS platform that enables businesses to send automated WhatsApp payment reminders to their customers, manage extension requests, and track delivery status via the Meta WhatsApp Business API.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must not share your account with unauthorised individuals or use it for purposes other than your own legitimate business.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ARCredit to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to individuals who have not consented
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse recipients
  • Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy or any applicable law
  • Transmit false, misleading, or deceptive information
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
  • Import or store sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for invoicing

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis in INR (including applicable GST). Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

ARCredit and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all customer data you upload to the platform.

7. Data Processing

By using ARCredit, you authorise us to process your customer data solely for the purpose of providing the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your customers to contact them via WhatsApp.

8. Limitation of Liability

ARCredit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including failed message deliveries, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may immediately suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by applicable law. Upon termination, we will provide a data export for 30 days before deleting your data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
